Gieco needs to re organize

I've been with Gieco now for almost 5 years.....They have always been a supporting factor when something goes wrong with my automobile until recent. For some reason 9I don't know if they went to new management at this particular location or what) but every customer service rep that I have spoken to is such a prick....it seems like they don't want my business. and i've been a customer for quite some time now, you'd think that I would get shown SOME loyalty..... |
