American Family is built around selling you a policy regardless if it hurts you in the end.
They are rude, crude, and sell, sell, sell is their policy to get you to choose them. They tell you what you want to hear and then when you need them Your a Number and expendable. They will jack up your insurance(s) 100% without any claims on any of them.
BTW we have auto,cycle,home, and life insurance with them. Well had until they increased our premiums 100% while we are incident free. Go elsewhere save the headache. |
