American General is awful
I was in an accident out of state and called American General. They told me that they would see what they could put together and that they would call me back within 24 hours...I never got a call...and in fact....when I called them back I got an answering machine for which I had to press buttons and wait on the line for a good half hour. It was bogus. Don't use this company!
