Amica Insurance has awful customer service

Amica Insurance has the worst customer service. I have never had an accident and never filed a claim with them until recently. After my accident my car was deemed a total loss. It's been over a month now and I still don't have a car to drive....they haven't really taken great care of me at all...and they are just dragging the claim out. It seems like they are ignoring my phone calls. I'd stay away from this company |
