Great company!
I switched to American Family when my previous insurer raised my rates through the roof. My previous insurance told me at the time, "Just wait, American Family will raise their rates, too." Well, they haven't. American Family has been great. Nice friendly people to deal with, great prices, and prompt response to questions and problems are among the things I would like to mention as big pluses for the company. If someone is shopping for vehicle, home, or RV insurance, check out American Family.

American Family Insurance always consistent!
I recently switched over to American Family Insurance after having to deal with idiots at AARP and Allstate.......I have many friends who have recommended American Family Insurance to me for YEARS......and now I see why. They are always on the ball with anything that happens to me and I can ALWAYS get a hold of someone at the office. Thats important.

Dont Trust American Family it's all about money and Looking Good
American Family is built around selling you a policy regardless if it hurts you in the end.
They are rude, crude, and sell, sell, sell is their policy to get you to choose them. They tell you what you want to hear and then when you need them Your a Number and expendable. They will jack up your insurance(s) 100% without any claims on any of them.
BTW we have auto,cycle,home, and life insurance with them. Well had until they increased our premiums 100% while we are incident free. Go elsewhere save the headache.
